Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am seeking information on parking Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by the council and subsequently cancelled. Please provide the information for the last three complete financial years, plus the current financial year to date. For each period, please provide: The total number of parking PCNs issued. The total number of parking PCNs cancelled, broken down by: Cancellation following an informal challenge Cancellation following a formal representation Cancellation after an appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal. Any other cancellation route recorded by the council For cancelled PCNs, please provide the reason for cancellation and the number cancelled under each reason. Please provide the information in spreadsheet or CSV format where possible. If any part of this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit, please provide the remainder and advise, under section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act, how the request may be narrowed.
