Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information in relation to Oxford Parkway Park & Ride (Water Eaton): 1. The number of complaints, enquiries, representations, or refund requests received since 1 January 2023 from motorists who paid for parking at Oxford Parkway Park &Ride but subsequently reported receiving a Parking Charge Notice from APCOA or Chiltern Railways in the adjacent Oxford Parkway station car park. 2. The number of complaints, enquiries or representations received since 1 January 2023 concerning confusion between the Oxford Parkway Park & Ride and the adjacent Oxford Parkway station car park. 3. Copies of any internal reports, correspondence, or recorded discussions since 1 January 2023 concerning customer confusion, mistaken payments, or signage relating to the distinction between Oxford Parkway Park & Ride and the adjacent station car park. 4. Copies of any correspondence between Oxford City Council and APCOA Parking UK Ltd and/or Chiltern Railways since 1 January 2023 relating to motorists mistakenly paying for one car park and parking in the other. If any part of this request is considered too broad, please provide the information for questions 1 and 2 in the first instance.

3. No internal reports, correspondence, or recorded discussions since 1 January 2023 concerning customer confusion, mistaken payments, or signage relating to the distinction between Oxford Parkway Park & Ride and the adjacent station car park.
4. No correspondence between Oxford City Council and APCOA Parking UK Ltd and/or Chiltern Railways since 1 January 2023 relating to motorists mistakenly paying for one car park and parking in the other.
