Over the past two years, please provide details of all contracts awarded to 1st Choice Scaffolding Ltd, including the scope of work, the dates on which payments were made, and the amounts paid. For each awarded contract, please also specify whether the work was put out to tender and, if so, how many tenders were received for each contract.

Response

The overall framework contract was tendered in January 2023 and the contract commenced in April 2023. Four tender responses were received and 1st Choice Scaffolding and Oxford Blue Scaffolding were awarded contracts under the ODS Framework for the Supply of Scaffolding Services.

Please see attached for a list of work orders for 1st Choice scaffolding covering the past two years. These work orders have been directly awarded to 1st Choice scaffolding without further tendering under the terms of the framework agreement.
