Under the Freedom of Information Act please provide me with a copy of the following - All relevant information regarding the maintenance and servicing of IVECO EUROCARGO Reg No. RX16 MLF. This vehicle was on your fleet. I understand that under the act I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. I would prefer to receive the information electronically - If you require any clarification please contact me to provide advice and assistance if you find any aspect of this FOI request problematic. Please acknowledge receipt of this request, and I look forward to receiving the information in the near future.

Please note that, in accordance with the requirements of our Operator's Licence, vehicle maintenance and servicing records are retained for a period of 15 months following the disposal of a vehicle.

 

The vehicle referred to in your request, IVECO EUROCARGO registration RX16 MLF, was disposed of in early 2024. As the retention period has now expired, we therefore no longer hold the maintenance and servicing records for this vehicle.

 

Under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we can confirm that the requested information is not held.
